Returns : 
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene stickers intact, and including the original pouch. Products showing any signs of wear (perfume, makeup, or other marks) will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including for orders within France. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Exchanges : 
We do not offer direct exchanges. To change a size or style, please place a new order on our website.
